OXFORD, PA — A 27-year-old Oxford man was taken into custody Thursday morning after police identified him as wanted on multiple active warrants, according to the Oxford Police Department.
Authorities said that on October 2, 2025, at approximately 9:50 a.m., officers observed Terence Henderson in the 100 block of North Fifth Street. Police confirmed that Henderson was wanted on a Chester County bench warrant and a criminal warrant for an alleged violation of a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order.
Officers made contact with Henderson and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to the Oxford Police Department, where he was processed and subsequently turned over to constables for transport to Chester County Prison.
A hearing regarding the alleged PFA violation has been scheduled for October 10, 2025, at the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.
All charges are allegations, and a suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
