Over $6,000 in Beauty Products Stolen: Two Arrested in Huntingdon Valley Retail Theft Spree

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — Two men have been arrested in connection with a series of retail thefts in Lower Moreland Township that police allege resulted in more than $6,000 worth of stolen merchandise.

According to the Lower Moreland Township Police Department, officers responded to a report of retail theft on August 21, 2025, at 9:31 a.m., in the 600 block of Welsh Road. The suspects, later identified as Cristian Olivero-Pacheco and Anthony Saldana, were taken into custody at the scene.

Investigators determined that the pair had also been involved in two previous thefts at the same store on August 14 and August 19. Security footage allegedly showed the suspects entering the store, concealing cosmetic and beauty products in bookbags and clothing, and leaving without payment.

Olivero-Pacheco and Saldana have been charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and possession of an instrument of crime with intent, among other related offenses.

Police emphasized that all charges are allegations, and both defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
