Mystery Driver Sparks Search After Parking Lot Crash in West Reading

WEST READING, PA — The West Reading Police Department is asking the public for assistance in identifying a woman sought in connection with an alleged hit-and-run incident that occurred Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of the Third & Spruce Drafthaus.

According to police, the unidentified woman — captured in an image highlighted by investigators — was allegedly involved in a motor vehicle accident around 4:35 p.m. on December 7 and then failed to provide the legally required information before leaving the scene. Authorities did not disclose the extent of any vehicle damage or whether anyone was injured.

Police emphasize that any individual connected to this incident is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
