SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A Philadelphia man has been arrested in connection with an early-morning home invasion in Upper Southampton Township that occurred earlier this week, according to township police.
Authorities say the incident took place around 2:47 a.m. on October 7, 2025, when officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Miller Drive for a reported burglary in progress. Upon arrival, police learned that a male suspect had allegedly entered a residence and fled after being confronted by the occupants.
Investigators recovered a knife and an extension cord that were believed to have been brought into a bedroom by the suspect. Police say the victim used the “Find My” feature on her phone to track a pair of stolen AirPods, which led officers to the area of Aramingo Avenue and East Somerset Street in Philadelphia.
With the assistance of the Philadelphia Police Department’s 24th District, officers located a black 2014 Kia Forte matching the suspect’s vehicle description. The stolen AirPods were recovered inside the car, and the driver, identified as 33-year-old Nafis Lamont Donte Fisher of Philadelphia, was taken into custody without incident.
Fisher was transported to the Upper Southampton Township Police Department, where police say he made statements connecting himself to the alleged crime. The vehicle was impounded pending the execution of a search warrant.
Fisher has been charged with burglary, aggravated assault, robbery, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and simple assault.
Police credited the cooperation of the Philadelphia Police Department’s 24th District and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office for their assistance in the investigation. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact Detective Jim Schirmer at 215-364-5000.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
