PHILADELPHIA, PA — Detectives with the Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Division are seeking the public’s help in identifying three individuals accused of robbing a North Philadelphia business at knifepoint last month.

According to police, the robbery occurred Feb. 22 at approximately 4:08 p.m. at Christian Express, located at 5233 N. 5th St. Police stated that three unidentified Hispanic males allegedly entered the store, and two of the individuals went behind the counter and robbed an employee at knifepoint.

The complainant told police the suspects fled with more than $10,000 in cash. No injuries were reported.

Investigators said store employees reported that two of the three individuals had been inside the store earlier that day purchasing items but were wearing different clothing at the time. Police also stated the three individuals are considered suspects in a separate robbery that allegedly occurred at the same location on Jan. 31.
