Man Wanted on Terroristic Threats Charge After Alleged Online Threats

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — A 43-year-old man is wanted on a charge of terroristic threats following an alleged incident reported earlier this month in Kennett Square.

According to the Kennett Square Police Department, District Court 15-3-04 issued an arrest warrant February 17, 2026, for Francis Dominguez in connection with the case.

Police said that on February 6 at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers were advised that a female victim had contacted the department via Facebook Messenger requesting to speak with a Spanish-speaking officer. At approximately 6:40 p.m., officers made contact with the woman, who reported that her ex-partner, identified by police as Dominguez, allegedly made threats to come to Kennett Square and kill her and harm her new partner and their family.

According to police, the reported incident occurred in the 500 block of Center Street. A criminal complaint was completed charging Dominguez with terroristic threats.

Police described Dominguez as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. The warrant, identified as reference number KS-26-001310, remains active, according to the department.
