EXTON, PA — Authorities in West Whiteland Township are seeking a 60-year-old man after a bench warrant was issued late last month in connection with an alleged driving under the influence case involving a controlled substance.
The West Whiteland Police Department announced that Pasquale C. Manes, 60, is wanted on an active bench warrant issued January 30, 2026, by District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-414-2025.
Police described Manes as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
According to court information provided by police, the warrant stems from allegations of driving under the influence involving a controlled substance. A bench warrant is typically issued by a court when a defendant fails to comply with court requirements, such as appearing for a scheduled proceeding.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the underlying incident.
