PARKESBURG, PA — Authorities in Parkesburg have issued a criminal arrest warrant for 25-year-old Zachary Christian Harrison in connection with an alleged robbery and assault that occurred earlier this year.
The Parkesburg Borough Police Department began its investigation on March 19, 2025, after officers responded to a report of a violent incident on the 100 block of West First Avenue. Following their inquiry, police obtained a warrant on July 10, charging Harrison with robbery, strangulation, and related offenses.
Harrison is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. As of this publication, he has not been located.

All individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
