WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police are actively investigating a late-night shooting that left a man injured in the city’s East Side neighborhood.
According to officials, the incident occurred on Friday, June 11, at approximately 11:11 p.m., in the 200 block of East 24th Street. Responding officers were alerted to a shooting and later learned that a 37-year-old male victim had arrived at a local hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound. Authorities reported that the victim was in stable condition upon arrival.
