Man Nabbed After Bold Daytime Theft at Sharon Hill Dollar General

SHARON HILL, PA — A 29-year-old man has been charged following an alleged retail theft incident at a local Dollar General store, the Sharon Hill Police Department announced this week.

On July 7, 2025, at approximately 2:37 p.m., officers responded to a report of theft at the Dollar General located at 1106 Chester Pike. Upon arrival, officers apprehended Qai Brinkley, of Sharon Hill, who was taken into custody without incident.

Following the arrest, Brinkley was charged with retail theft, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and evading arrest or detention on foot.
