WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police have arrested a 33-year-old man following an investigation into alleged drug activity.
The arrest occurred on May 21, 2025, at approximately 12:14 PM, when officers from the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division observed a male subject involved in suspected drug-related activity in the 300 block of West 7th Street. Authorities identified the individual as Terrance Waters, who was taken into custody without incident.
During the arrest, officers reportedly recovered 66.5 grams of marijuana that was packaged for sale. Waters has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and subsequently committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution while legal proceedings continue.
Law enforcement emphasizes that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
