EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township Police have charged a 33-year-old man in connection with an alleged retail theft incident at the Kohl’s department store on West Lincoln Highway, an arrest that investigators say is tied to a case involving a second suspect taken into custody the same day.
According to police, Roshan Kumar Kundalya was arrested on December 6, 2025, following an investigation into a November 13 incident at the Kohl’s located at 229 West Lincoln Highway. Authorities allege that merchandise was removed from the store without payment and that Kundalya was involved in the activity.
Police also reported that a second individual, 40-year-old Hyndavi Yalamanchili, was arrested in connection with the same case. Both suspects face charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Officials have not released additional details about the nature or value of the merchandise involved.
Investigators noted that the arrest of Kundalya is part of ongoing efforts to address theft-related incidents affecting retailers in the Exton area. The case remains under review as detectives continue gathering information.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
