WEST LAWN, PA — Police have arrested a man accused in connection with a reported burglary earlier this year in Spring Township.
Spring Township police reported officers were dispatched on February 14 to the 600 block of Lawrence Avenue in West Lawn following a report of a burglary.
According to investigators, the incident prompted an investigation by officers.
Police said the investigation led to the arrest of 39-year-old Michael Giovatto on February 15.
Authorities reported that Giovatto has been charged with burglary involving overnight accommodations with a person present, criminal trespass involving breaking into a structure, and criminal attempt to commit burglary involving overnight accommodations.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
