BENSALEM, PA — A 44-year-old Montgomery County man has been arrested following an investigation into an alleged attempt to engage in sexual activity with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old girl, according to the Bensalem Police Department.

Authorities said Pawel Sudol, of North Wales, began communicating on September 6, 2025, with what he believed was a young teenager through a social media and dating application. During those conversations, investigators allege, Sudol expressed explicit sexual interest in the girl despite acknowledging her age.

Over the following weeks, police say Sudol exchanged messages describing sexual acts he wanted to perform and arranged to meet with the individual. He allegedly drove from his home to Bensalem on October 7, stopping at a supermarket to purchase flowers before arriving at the residence where he believed the girl lived. Police said Sudol left before the meeting took place.

Investigators allege that on November 2, Sudol again traveled to the same home unannounced. No children were present, and authorities emphasized that no minors were endangered during the investigation.

An arrest warrant was subsequently issued, and on November 3, Bensalem Police — assisted by New Britain Township Police — took Sudol into custody at his workplace. He was charged with attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, attempted statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and related offenses.

Following arraignment by District Justice Joseph Falcone, Sudol was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $2,000,000 bail.
