Man Accused of Stealing From Ex-Partner After Investigation

WEST LAWN, PA — A 25-year-old man is facing theft-related charges following an investigation into a reported incident at a residence in November, police said.

According to Spring Township Police, officers were dispatched November 24, 2025, to the 2000 block of Girard Avenue for a reported theft.

Police reported that a complainant told officers items were allegedly taken from her home by her ex-boyfriend.

Following an investigation, authorities said Carter Ickes-Rodriguez was charged with theft by unlawful taking—movable property and receiving stolen property.

Police reported the arrest occurred March 10.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
