UPPER CHICHESTER TWP, PA — Upper Chichester Township police said a man accused of illegally carrying a firearm was taken into custody Wednesday.
Police reported that Bahir Dominic Green, 20, was taken into custody on March 4 in connection with an outstanding criminal warrant issued February 16.
According to police, Green is accused of firearms not to be carried without a license and criminal conspiracy. Authorities said the charges stem from the previously issued warrant.
Police did not release additional details about the circumstances surrounding the investigation or the arrest.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
