Main Street Disturbance Leads to Arrest in Parkesburg Trespass Case

PARKESBURG, PAParkesburg Borough Police have arrested a 50-year-old woman following an alleged trespassing incident reported over the weekend in the borough’s Main Street corridor.

According to police, officers responded to the 300 block of Main Street on November 15, 2025, for a disturbance involving an individual who was not permitted to be on the property. Following their investigation, officers arrested Jennifer Fuentes on November 16 for criminal trespass and related offenses.

Authorities stated that a preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Court 15-3-07, where Fuentes will be required to answer to the allegations.

Police did not release additional information about the circumstances surrounding the incident, citing the early stage of the criminal process.

All charges are allegations, and a suspect or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
