Levittown Man Arrested in Tullytown on Active Bucks County Warrant

TULLYTOWN, PA — A Levittown man was taken into custody late Saturday night after Tullytown Borough Police officers allegedly found him trespassing on private property and later discovered he was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

According to police, the incident occurred on October 18, 2025, at approximately 11:20 p.m., when officers observed a man on private property near 303 River Road. The individual was stopped and identified as 33-year-old Jacques Kula of Levittown.

After further investigation, officers learned that Kula was the subject of an active warrant issued by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. He was subsequently arrested and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
