WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police are investigating a Thursday night shooting that left a 24-year-old man in critical condition, according to information released by the department.
Police say the incident occurred on December 4 at approximately 9:28 p.m. in the area of West 12th and North Washington Streets. Responding officers located a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details. Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Avery Stewart at (302) 576-3971.
