EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of 26-year-old Zhamire Tejon Newton following his failure to appear in court on charges of retail theft.

The warrant, issued on May 16, 2025, stems from a missed court appearance tied to a case filed under Docket No. CR-72-2025. Newton, described as a Black male standing 5’7″ tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities are urging the public to assist in locating Newton. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200 or submit a tip online.

Officials emphasize that all individuals named in warrants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
