HARRISBURG, PA — An Adams County man who sexually abused two children more than a decade ago has pleaded guilty this week and will serve 12 to 30 years in state prison, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Monday.
Gary Lee Huff, 47, entered his pleas just hours before jury selection was set to begin. Adams County Senior Judge Michael A. George accepted the agreement, which includes convictions for rape of a child and a series of related felony offenses.
Prosecutors said the abuse occurred between 2011 and 2013, when Huff maintained close relationships that provided access to both victims. According to the Attorney General’s Office, the children were in their early school years at the time.
“This defendant preyed on our most vulnerable citizens — children who were just entering school age — and, now, many years later, he has been held accountable,” Attorney General Dave Sunday said in a statement. “Sexual deviance has no place in our society, and my office will continue to proactively pursue predators who harm children.”
In total, Huff pleaded guilty to rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and two felony counts of indecent assault. He also pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure.
Deputy Attorney General Julia Van Leeuwen and Senior Deputy Attorney General Lauren Eichelberger prosecuted the case.
Huff is scheduled for formal sentencing on March 19, 2026.
