Fraud Warrant Issued as Exton Man Lands on Police Most Wanted List

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 26-year-old man wanted in connection with an alleged fraud case tied to Exton, authorities said.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, an active bench warrant has been issued for Jordan Rick Parris in connection with an access device fraud investigation. The warrant was issued on January 16, 2026, by District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-330-2025 and remains active.

Police said the alleged incident occurred in Exton, though additional details about the circumstances of the investigation were not released. Parris is described as a Black male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Parris’ whereabouts to contact West Whiteland Township Police at 610-363-0200. Members of the public are advised not to approach or attempt to detain the individual themselves.
