PARKESBURG, PA — Authorities in Parkesburg have issued a felony arrest warrant for a local man accused of criminal trespass and related offenses following an incident earlier this month.
The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has identified the suspect as 34-year-old George Thomas Kelly III. According to police reports, the charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 6, 2025, in the 700 block of West Second Avenue, where Kelly allegedly committed an act of criminal trespass.
The arrest warrant, issued on May 16, 2025, includes charges linked to the incident. Kelly is described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
