EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a woman wanted in connection with retail theft allegations stemming from an incident earlier this month.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Brandy Marie Hickman, 46, described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 210 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police say a warrant for Hickman’s arrest was issued on November 14, 2025, by District Court 15-4-03.
According to investigators, the allegations involve a shoplifting incident at 201 Sunrise Boulevard in Exton. Hickman is wanted on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
The West Whiteland Township Police Department is urging anyone with information on Hickman’s whereabouts to contact the department at 610-363-0200.
A suspect or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
