Drugs, Cash, and Scales: Parkesburg Man Arrested After Main Street Search

PARKESBURG, PA — Police arrested a 48-year-old man this week on felony drug charges after executing a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of West Main Street.

According to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department, officers took Kevin Lewis Tate into custody on September 18, 2025, following an investigation conducted with the Chester County Detectives Drug & Organized Crime Unit – HIDTA.

Authorities said the search of Tate’s residence led to the recovery of cocaine, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, oxycodone, marijuana, as well as a digital scale, packaging materials, and U.S. currency.

Tate has been charged with felony drug sales and related offenses. He was arraigned and bail was set at $250,000.00. He was remanded to Chester County Prison pending a preliminary hearing at District Court 15-3-07.

Police emphasized that all charges are allegations, and Tate is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
