EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has issued a felony arrest warrant for Kadijah A. Handy, a 29-year-old woman wanted in connection with retail theft and related charges.
The warrant was officially issued on May 6, 2025, under docket number CR-167-2025 by District Court 15-4-03. Handy is described as being 5’1″ tall, weighing 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Law enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Handy. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200 or submit a tip online.
