UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — A 20-year-old man is wanted on weapons-related charges following an alleged incident in Upper Chichester Township.
According to the Upper Chichester Township Police Department, a criminal arrest warrant was issued February 16, 2026, for Bahir Green in connection with a weapons investigation in the 1900 block of Market Street. The warrant, identified under reference number UC-26-001970, remains active, police said.
Green is charged with firearms not to be carried without a license and criminal conspiracy, according to police. Authorities classified the case as a weapons violation.
Police described Green as a 20-year-old Black male.
Anyone with information regarding Green’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Upper Chichester Township Police Department at 610-485-8400. Tips may also be submitted anonymously online, according to police.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
