LINWOOD, PA — Lower Chichester Police arrested a 33-year-old man earlier this month after responding to a report of a disorderly individual confronting customers outside a Wawa convenience store.
According to the department, officers were dispatched on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at approximately 6:45 p.m. to the Wawa located at 1439 Market Street. Callers reported that a man was pacing in front of the store, confronting customers, and causing alarm.
When officers arrived, they located a male matching the description provided by dispatch. Wawa employees confirmed that the man—later identified as 33-year-old Brandyn A. Rorie-Neal—was the individual causing the disturbance and that he was no longer permitted on the property.
Officers advised Rorie-Neal to leave the premises, pointing out visible “No Loitering” signs and reiterating the store employees’ request. Police then attempted to identify him. According to officers, Rorie-Neal claimed he did not have identification and provided manipulated personal information that did not return any records during police checks.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to verify his identity, officers advised Rorie-Neal that he would be taken into custody for the purpose of proper identification. Police report that a brief struggle ensued, involving assisting officers from Trainer Borough and Lower Chichester Township. Several officers sustained minor injuries, though none required immediate medical care. Compliance tools and tactics were used to gain control of the suspect.
Rorie-Neal was eventually fingerprinted, correctly identified, and cited.
He has been charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
Police stress that all charges referenced are allegations, and any suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
