EXTON, PA — Authorities in Chester County have issued a felony arrest warrant for a man accused of retail theft and related charges in West Whiteland Township. The West Whiteland Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Daquan Reid-Hayes, 30, who is wanted for his alleged involvement in a recent theft case.

The warrant for Reid-Hayes was issued on April 28, 2025, under Docket Number CR-155-2025, by District Court 15-4-03. He is charged with one count of retail theft and one count of receiving stolen property.

Reid-Hayes is described as a Black male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Officials are urging anyone who sees Reid-Hayes or has information about his location to immediately contact the West Whiteland Police Department.
