BEDMINSTER, PA — A 25-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with an alleged fraud and identity theft case following a joint effort between Bedminster Township and Middletown Township police, authorities announced.
According to the Bedminster Township Police Department, officers took Pauline Lavelah into custody on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, after an active criminal warrant was issued earlier this month. The warrant, dated October 17, was authorized by Magisterial District Judge Gambardella Holding under docket number MJ-07303-CR-0000352-2025.
Lavelah faces multiple charges, including access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property. Following her arrest, she was arraigned before Judge Gambardella, who set bail at $50,000 unsecured.
The Bedminster Township Police Department expressed appreciation to the Middletown Township Police Department for assisting with the investigation and arrest.
All charges are allegations, and Lavelah is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
