PHILADELPHIA, PA — Yards Brewing Company is turning up the holiday spirit this summer with a three-day “Christmas in July” celebration from Friday, July 25, to Sunday, July 27, at its taproom on Spring Garden Street. The weekend event is free to attend, family- and dog-friendly, and packed with themed food, drinks, and entertainment—including a raunchy brewery tour that’s strictly for adults.

The festivities will feature holiday-inspired menu items like Krampus Deviled Eggs, Christmas Duck with cranberry chutney, and Coquito Crème Brûlée, along with seasonal cocktails such as the “Blue Christmas” and a spiked Coquito. Food and beverage are available à la carte throughout the weekend.

Saturday’s programming includes the return of the popular “Santa Paws” dog photo session, where pet owners can get a free professional portrait with Yards founder Tom Kehoe dressed as Santa. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the brewery’s outdoor space will turn into a pet-friendly photo station.

Adding a charitable twist, Home At Last Dog Rescue will host a meet-and-greet from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. featuring adoptable dogs. During that time, 10% of taproom sales will be donated to the organization. Guests are also encouraged to contribute to a pet food drive by bringing canned goods.

For guests seeking something less wholesome, the brewery is offering its one-night-only “OnlyHans: X-mas Rated” tour on Saturday evening. Hosted by longtime brewery guide Mike Hans, the 21-and-over tour blends comedy and candid commentary for a deliberately unfiltered experience. Tickets are $20 and include two drinks. No photos or videos are permitted during the event.
