PHILADELPHIA, PA — Vitable Health unveiled an Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) Quoting Tool that generates instant, ACA-aligned quotes and side-by-side savings comparisons, aiming to compress a process that often takes days into seconds.
Built for brokers and partners, the cloud tool accepts census uploads, models employer contribution strategies that meet Affordable Care Act affordability thresholds or peg funding to bronze, silver, gold, or platinum plans, and immediately benchmarks results against a client’s current group plan. Users can tailor proposals by metal tier, carrier, dependents, and non-participants to reflect real-world workforces.
“From the beginning, our mission has been to support brokers and partners with tools that make their work faster, easier, and more impactful,” said Joseph Kitonga, CEO of Vitable Health. “The ICHRA Quoting Tool… removes the delays that have traditionally slowed this process… brokers and partners can now upload a census, adjust contributions, and instantly see if an ICHRA strategy is right for their client.”
Vitable said the launch complements a broker-first commercial model: brokers remain broker of record, set per-employee fees, and choose their level of involvement—from hands-on enrollment management to using Vitable’s licensed benefits experts. The platform also supports a broader benefits portfolio, including ICHRA, QSEHRA, MEC, and virtual primary care.
A webinar demo is scheduled for October 16 at 11 a.m. PT to walk through the tool and outline broker incentives. Vitable positioned the release as part of a broader push to simplify HRA administration while helping employers align benefits with budget and utilization goals.
“Brokers and partners deserve a platform that puts them first,” Kitonga said. “We are committed to building solutions that not only drive client satisfaction but also empower brokers and partners to grow their business with confidence.”
