RADNOR, PA — Virent Capital has announced the addition of Bryan Hall to its investment team, bringing on board a seasoned private equity professional with experience across large-cap and middle-market investments.
Hall joins the Radnor-based firm after previous roles at The Carlyle Group and Incline Equity Partners, where he focused on service, consumer, and industrial sector deals. At Virent, he will contribute across the investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio development.
“Bryan brings a combination of strategic thinking, transaction experience, and operational mindset that fits perfectly with our model,” said Connor McMahan, Managing Partner at Virent Capital. “He has a natural ability to work with founders and management teams, and he shares our belief in building long-term, value-added partnerships.”
Hall holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was named a Palmer Scholar, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He began his finance career at Lazard.
Commenting on the move, Hall stated, “The firm’s focus on founder partnerships, digital enablement, and operational value creation reflects the kind of investing I believe in. I’m excited to help build something lasting.”
Virent Capital focuses on investments in the business services and consumer sectors, targeting companies with $1 million to $8 million in EBITDA. Hall’s appointment aligns with the firm’s ongoing strategy to deepen its bench strength as it seeks new opportunities for growth-oriented partnerships.
