WILMINGTON, DE — Vasco Electronics has officially entered the U.S. retail market with the launch of its devices at tm:rw, a new flagship concept store located in New York City’s Times Square. This marks the first time Vasco’s products are available for purchase in a physical retail environment in the United States.
The debut took place at the grand opening of tm:rw, a 20,000-square-foot retail experience in the historic Candler Building. The space is designed to spotlight cutting-edge consumer technologies from over 140 innovative brands across industries such as health, mobility, audio, and smart home.
Vasco’s showcase includes two of its flagship products: the Vasco Translator V4 and the Vasco Translator E1 earbuds. Both devices, previously available exclusively online to American consumers, are now on full display and available for hands-on experience and in-store purchase.
“This is a meaningful step for Vasco, allowing customers to see and experience our products firsthand,” said Maciej Góralski, founder and CEO of Vasco Electronics. “Our technology is designed to bring people closer through seamless communication, and there’s no better place to demonstrate that than in the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic and diverse cities.”
The Vasco Translator V4 supports more than 100 languages and offers voice, photo, and text translations. It includes a built-in language learning feature and provides free, lifetime internet access in nearly 200 countries via a pre-installed SIM card. Designed for global mobility, the device features a high-resolution touchscreen and compact build, appealing to frequent travelers, professionals, and students.
Also on display is the Vasco Translator E1, a pair of smart earbuds that deliver real-time multilingual conversation support. The E1 has received high praise in the design world, including the Red Dot: Best of the Best award and top recognition from the MUSE Design Awards and New York Design Awards. Its intuitive design and strong performance earned it a near-perfect score of 99 out of 100 from Red Dot jurors.
Vasco’s expansion into brick-and-mortar retail comes amid surging demand for AI translation tools. The company reported a doubling of U.S. sales in 2024 and sold over 100,000 translation devices globally. With growing adoption among consumers, businesses, and government agencies, Vasco aims to solidify its presence in the North American market by offering direct access to its technology through experiential retail.
By joining the lineup at tm:rw, Vasco positions itself among a curated group of future-focused brands introducing next-generation tech to a broader consumer base through immersive, hands-on shopping.
