USPS to Host Job Fair in Reading on September 9

READING, PA — The United States Postal Service will hold a job fair on September 9, 2025, at the Reading Station Post Office, 3115 St. Lawrence Avenue, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Postal Service is seeking candidates for positions such as rural carrier associate and part-time flexible city carrier. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a safe driving record. Positions include federal benefits, retirement opportunities, and pathways for career advancement.

“If you are 18 years old with a safe driving record, this is a terrific opportunity for job seekers to land an ideal job as a rural carrier associate or a part-time flexible city carrier,” said USPS Workforce Planning Specialist Stephanie Centeno, who will assist candidates during the event.

The Postal Service, an independent federal agency overseen by a bipartisan Board of Governors, delivers mail and packages to nearly 169 million addresses six or seven days a week. As part of its Delivering for America 10-year transformation plan, USPS is modernizing its network, improving service, and working to strengthen long-term financial stability.
