BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has secured 28 Leader designations in the 2025 ISG Provider Lens Future of Work Services Report — a sweep that spans all six regions evaluated and puts a spotlight on the company’s expanding footprint in AI-enabled workplace transformation.
ISG, a global technology research and advisory firm, cited Unisys for its broad portfolio, market presence and competitive positioning. This marks the sixth consecutive year the company has earned Leader recognition, underscoring its staying power in a fast-changing digital workplace sector.
The 2025 report also introduced a new category, AI-Augmented Workforce Services. Unisys earned a Leader position in the U.S. Public Sector, a Rising Star designation in Australia and the U.S., and competitive rankings across the remaining regions.
Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys, said the honors reflect the company’s focus on secure, AI-forward workplace models that boost productivity and strengthen employee engagement. She pointed to Unisys’ integration of advanced AI capabilities and human-centered design to drive measurable client results.
Unisys was recognized as a Leader across seven quadrants, with standout performance in collaboration tools, next-generation experience services, productivity services, workplace strategy, end-user technology management and smart workplace infrastructure. ISG highlighted the company’s use of experience-level agreements, its XLA v4.0 framework, data-driven analytics, automation and the Service Experience Accelerator — tools designed to streamline hybrid work environments and minimize disruptions.
In the new AI-Augmented Workforce category, Unisys earned praise for autonomous digital agents, predictive support and rapid issue resolution powered by generative AI.
Bruce Guptill, lead analyst at ISG, noted that Unisys brings a consulting-led approach that blends digital, physical and human experiences, with particular strength in the public sector, education and sustainability. He emphasized the company’s focus on business model transformation and AI integration as a catalyst for improved outcomes.
With its latest slate of global designations, Unisys positions itself as a major competitor in the race to reshape the modern workplace through AI-driven tools, elevated user experiences and tightly integrated digital ecosystems.
