BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has been named one of the Best Employers in Asia-Pacific by the Financial Times for the second consecutive year, a recognition the company says reflects its ongoing commitment to building an inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven workplace across the region.
Ruchi Kulhari, senior vice president and chief human resources officer, said the honor aligns with feedback Unisys regularly receives from associates. She said employees credit the company with empowering them to innovate and perform at their best, underscoring the value of a culture built around collaboration and continuous improvement.
Unisys has increased investment in people-focused initiatives designed to strengthen curiosity, accountability, and teamwork. Those efforts include flexible work options, expanded well-being programs, and a broad suite of learning and leadership development tools aimed at supporting global teams. The company’s approach has earned additional recognition this year, including placement on TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2025 list and Newsweek’s Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®.
The Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2026 list, compiled by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, draws from an independent survey of more than 50,000 employees across the region. The analysis incorporates over 300,000 direct and indirect recommendations from workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees operating in two or more Asia-Pacific countries.
Unisys said it views the repeat recognition as validation of its strategic focus on people-centric culture and its ability to translate workplace strength into business results.
