BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has announced a partnership with Appspace, a workplace communications and management platform, to expand its Sustainable Workplace solution. The collaboration combines Unisys’ managed services expertise with Appspace’s digital tools to deliver more efficient, user-friendly, and environmentally sustainable office environments.
The joint offering is designed to improve the employee experience while helping organizations reduce costs and environmental impact. Key features include real-time workplace data, touchless interactions, self-service tools, and enhanced navigation and communication. Employees can locate desks, rooms, and other resources more easily, while organizations benefit from streamlined operations and smart building technology that adapts to occupancy and preferences.

Employees can also use mobile apps, kiosks, and digital signage for tasks such as booking meeting rooms, reserving desks, or receiving company-wide updates without assistance from IT or facilities staff.
