The annual ranking, compiled in partnership with Statista Inc., highlights 1,000 global organizations excelling in employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.

Companies eligible for consideration had to generate at least $100 million in annual revenue. Respondents provided anonymous feedback on workplace experience, growth outlook, and sustainability practices, with the top 1,000 organizations earning distinction.

For Unisys, the honor adds to a growing list of accolades. Earlier this year, the company was named to Newsweek’s 2025 Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® and Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Engineers list.
