BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has been named to the Forbes list of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2026, the company announced.
The ranking recognizes U.S.-based companies with at least 1,000 employees and is based on survey data evaluating employee satisfaction and workplace reputation.
Forbes and research firm Statista compiled the list using survey responses from more than 217,000 U.S. employees, representing more than 3.5 million employer evaluations. The rankings were based primarily on personal evaluations from employees, with additional input from public evaluations by others in the industry.
“Being recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers reflects the always-on collaboration and genuine connections we foster every day across our teams at Unisys,” Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Ruchi Kulhari said in a statement.
Unisys said the recognition follows its inclusion on TIME Magazine’s World’s Best Companies 2025 list and the Financial Times list of Best Employers in Asia-Pacific for the second consecutive year.
