Unisys Executive Patrycja Sobera Named Stand Out 50 Leader by Future of Field Service

BLUE BELL, PAUnisys (NYSE: UIS) announced that Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), has been named a Stand Out 50 Leader in 2025 by Future of Field Service. The annual awards honor industry leaders recognized by their peers for innovation, authenticity, and excellence in customer experience.

Sobera said she was “honored and humbled” by the recognition, noting that leadership in today’s unpredictable business environment requires empowering teams with the right tools and culture to thrive. She emphasized that fostering collaboration and innovation ultimately strengthens client outcomes and reflects the global commitment of Unisys employees to deliver impactful solutions.

Since joining Unisys in 2021, Sobera has led the company’s Digital Workplace Solutions organization, overseeing more than 6,000 employees worldwide who deliver cross-industry technical support and AI-enabled, multilingual services. Under her leadership, DWS has expanded its use of automation and experience-level agreements to improve operational agility and client satisfaction.

Sobera is also an established thought leader in the technology services sector. HDI, a leading association for technical support and service management professionals, named her one of its Top 25 Thought Leaders in both 2024 and 2025. Beyond her operational role, she serves as an executive sponsor for the Women+ Associate Impact Group at Unisys and as a Lean In Ambassador for Women in Tech across the EMEA region.
