Unisys Earns Sixth Straight NelsonHall Crown for Digital Workplace

BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has been named a Leader in the 2025 Advanced Digital Workplace Services report from NelsonHall, marking the sixth consecutive year the company has earned top-tier recognition in the firm’s Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool.

Unisys was rated a Leader across the overall market and received high marks for build services, run services, Microsoft-focused offerings, and AI capabilities. The NEAT assessment evaluates providers delivering advanced digital workplace services and is widely used by enterprise sourcing leaders to compare vendor strengths across multiple business scenarios.

The report highlights Unisys’ ability to help organizations modernize workplace environments while managing security, governance, and operational complexity. NelsonHall cited the company’s Microsoft Copilot guidance and adoption strategies, supported by its partnership with Microsoft, as well as its use of artificial intelligence to drive workplace transformation.

Unisys’ AI-driven approach includes its Office of Change Management services, designed to increase user adoption and improve business outcomes. The company also received recognition for broad capabilities spanning experience management, low-code automation, virtual desktop infrastructure, collaboration platforms, meeting room modernization, and identity and access management.

NelsonHall also pointed to Unisys’ investment plans, including an initiative to double the size of its field services business by the end of 2027, as a differentiator as enterprises seek more integrated and scalable workplace support.

John Laherty, IT services research director at NelsonHall, said Unisys continues to invest in intellectual property and accelerators that support digital workplace services, including its Service Experience Accelerator framework, which enables clients to move toward generative AI–led environments with a focus on security and integration.
