True’s Next Big Move: Major Investment Deal Signals Bold Shift in Talent Market

True

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Executive search firm True has entered a new strategic investment partnership with private investment firm Integrum Holdings LP, a deal the companies say will accelerate True’s expansion and strengthen its position as a technology-driven leader in the talent advisory market.

Integrum’s “significant investment,” announced Thursday, marks a major milestone for True, which has grown from a small boutique into the sixth-largest executive search firm in North America with more than $350 million in annual revenue. The firm has built its reputation by combining recruiting expertise with a tech-first approach, emphasizing data transparency, digital tools, and an entrepreneurial culture.

True co-founder and CEO Brad Stadler said the partnership emerged from a shared vision for how the executive talent industry is evolving. He described Integrum’s leadership as aligned in both ambition and values, noting the firm’s emphasis on disciplined growth and long-term impact.

He added that four new board members—Ursula Burns, Jeff Livingston, Tagar Olson, and Dan Rozenfeld—bring valuable expertise from public company boards, professional services firms, and executive leadership roles.

Burns, the former CEO of Xerox and now a board member at Uber and TSMC, said True has built a “remarkable platform” with a clear strategic vision. Livingston, a member of Integrum’s investment committee, praised True’s technology-led model and its ability to deliver consistent results for clients and employees.
