GLEN MILLS, PA — True North Fleet Services said it has expanded its national platform through two new partnerships with Georgia-based operators, marking the company’s entry into the Southeast and extending its capabilities in heavy-duty truck repair and towing.
The company announced partnerships with Elite Diesel, a diesel truck repair operator headquartered in Augusta with a second location in Savannah, and Myles Truck Repair, a heavy-duty truck repair services provider serving the greater Atlanta region. The move positions True North in what it described as a high-growth, highly fragmented regional market.
Elite Diesel specializes in heavy-duty truck repairs, welding and fabrication, heavy equipment service, and general diesel maintenance. Myles Truck Repair operates multiple facilities in Lawrenceville, Auburn, Winder, and Fayetteville, offering dealership-level maintenance, heavy-duty collision repair, and 24/7 roadside towing within a 50-mile service radius.
“As we continue to expand True North, we’re excited to welcome the Elite and Myles teams to the platform,” said Gary Price, chief executive officer of True North Fleet Services. He said the partnerships strengthen the company’s ability to provide end-to-end fleet solutions while expanding mobile service and heavy-duty engine repair capabilities across the Southeast.
Price added that both companies bring established reputations in Georgia for safety, reliability, and customer service, aligning with True North’s broader growth strategy.
Elite Diesel founder Jimmy Knight said the partnership allows his company to scale while preserving its culture. “True North shares our vision and deeply values what we’ve built,” Knight said, adding that access to advanced service technology, capital support, data systems, and back-office infrastructure will help Elite deepen its reach across the region and continue investing in its workforce.
Todd Myles, founder of Myles Truck Repair, said the agreement reflects more than a decade of operational focus in the Atlanta market. “This partnership is a testament to the exceptional work of our talented technicians,” Myles said, noting that True North’s backing will allow the company to expand service offerings, reach new end markets, and create additional opportunities for employees while maintaining its brand identity.
True North said the additions broaden its geographic footprint and service depth as it continues building a national fleet services platform focused on maintenance, repair, and roadside support for commercial trucking operators.
