GLEN MILLS, PA — True North Fleet Services announced it has partnered with Total Tire Solutions, a Louisiana-based commercial vehicle repair company, as part of its expansion across the Southern United States.
The partnership adds Total Tire to True North’s national platform of fleet maintenance providers and expands its service capabilities into heavy-duty truck, construction and agricultural vehicle repairs.
Total Tire, founded in 2006 by Aubrey “Lynn” Wiggins Jr. and Michelle Wiggins, operates locations in Baton Rouge, Broussard and Kenner, Louisiana.
The company provides tire sales and repair, brake and suspension work, wheel services and 24/7 roadside assistance for commercial vehicles and heavy equipment.
Under the agreement, Total Tire will gain access to True North’s operational systems, administrative support and capital resources to support growth.
Aubrey Wiggins said the partnership will allow the company to expand its services and geographic reach.
“With True North’s backing, we’ll continue to provide first-rate service and further develop our selection of products and services, while enhancing employee benefits and spreading our footprint into new markets,” Wiggins said.
Gary Price, chief executive officer of True North Fleet Services, said the partnership aligns with the company’s strategy to grow its network of repair providers.
“Total Tire has built a strong reputation throughout Southern Louisiana for high-quality repairs and expansive service offerings,” Price said.
The deal follows earlier investments by True North in Georgia-based Elite Diesel and Myles Truck Repair, Philadelphia-based PennFleet and San Antonio-based Billy Bob’s Repair & Tire.
True North is backed by Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based investment firm managing approximately $4 billion in assets.
