Trialbee Appoints Rick Riegel to Board of Directors

WILMINGTON, DE — Trialbee announced the appointment of life sciences executive Rick Riegel to its board of directors as the company expands its operations in global clinical trial patient recruitment.

Riegel leads LMC Advisory, LLC, a firm that provides advisory and consulting services to organizations and investors focused on life sciences and growth-stage opportunities.

He brings more than 30 years of experience, including roles as chief executive officer of Phlexglobal and LIQUENT, where he led both companies through acquisitions.

Riegel has also held leadership positions in technology and professional services at IBM, First Consulting Group, Taratec Development, and Barnett International.

Trialbee said Riegel’s experience in scaling organizations and advising growth-focused companies will support its efforts to expand partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and increase patient enrollment capabilities.

“Rick has consistently demonstrated an ability to scale organizations, sharpen strategic focus, and deliver measurable impact for customers,” said Matt Walz, chief executive officer of Trialbee.

Riegel said the company has established a position in patient recruitment through its technology platform and global reach.

“The company’s data-driven approach, embedded AI capabilities, and expanding global footprint are delivering measurable impact across the industry,” he said.

Riegel currently serves on the boards of several private equity-backed companies, including Deerfield Group, Ametris, Syner-G BioPharma Solutions, and RealTime eClinical Solutions.

Trialbee said the appointment comes as the company continues to expand its platform and partnerships within the clinical research sector.
