The homebuilder said its Canterbury Meadows Sales Center and professionally designed Laney model home are now open for tours at 183 Kline Road in Royersford. The community features two-story home designs ranging from roughly 3,029 to more than 3,677 square feet, with four to five bedrooms, up to five and a half bathrooms, and two-car side-entry garages. Pricing begins at $1.02 million.
Most homes back to preserved open space, a feature Toll Brothers is emphasizing as buyers continue to prioritize privacy and outdoor surroundings alongside larger interior layouts.
The Laney model showcases flexible living space anchored by an open kitchen that connects to the great room and casual dining area. Additional highlights include a first-floor bedroom with a private bath, a dedicated home office, a finished basement, and a primary suite with a luxury bathroom.
Canterbury Meadows is located within the Spring-Ford Area School District and near major commuter routes, including Routes 422 and 202, offering access to Phoenixville, King of Prussia, and regional employment centers. The site is also close to multiple parks and recreational amenities, including Evansburg State Park and Limerick Community Park.
Buyers will have access to Toll Brothers’ Design Studio, where selections for finishes and structural options are made with guidance from in-house design consultants. The company continues to lean on personalization and premium positioning as higher-income buyers remain active despite elevated mortgage rates.
Toll Brothers is expanding its footprint in affluent suburban markets as demand for large, amenity-rich homes remains resilient among move-up and luxury buyers.
