Toll Brothers Names Gregg Ziegler as Next CFO, Succeeding Marty Connor This Fall

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) announced this week that Gregg Ziegler will succeed Marty Connor as Chief Financial Officer at the close of the company’s fiscal year on October 31, 2025. The leadership transition marks a significant milestone for the firm, which has relied on Connor’s financial expertise for nearly two decades.

Connor, who joined Toll Brothers 17 years ago, will remain with the company as a senior advisor for one year following his retirement. In this role, he will help ensure a seamless transition and provide strategic counsel to Ziegler and the executive team.

“During his 17 years with Toll Brothers, Marty has been an outstanding leader, business partner and financial steward,” said Douglas C. Yearley, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “He has played a central role creating value for our stakeholders and we look forward to continuing to benefit from his perspective and expertise as a senior advisor.”

Yearley also praised Ziegler’s readiness to step into the CFO role, citing his extensive experience and deep understanding of the company’s operations and financial strategy. “Given his extensive experience in our finance department, strong partnership with our operations teams, and long-term relationships on Wall Street, Gregg has an unmatched understanding of our business, and I am confident that he is the right leader to continue our track record of financial success,” Yearley added.

Ziegler, a 23-year veteran of Toll Brothers, currently serves as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Treasurer. His responsibilities include overseeing investor relations, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, land financing, and financial planning and analysis.

Since joining the company in 2002 as Assistant Finance Director, Ziegler has steadily advanced through leadership roles, reflecting his growing influence within the organization. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2010 and appointed Treasurer in 2013. In May 2024, he took on additional duties as head of Investor Relations.

Ziegler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA from Villanova University.

Upon taking the CFO position, Ziegler will oversee a wide range of functions, including accounting, treasury and finance, tax, investor relations, risk management, internal audit, mortgage, title, and information technology.
