ROYERSFORD, PA — Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has opened sales at Canterbury Meadows, its newest luxury residential community in the Philadelphia suburbs, targeting high-end buyers seeking space, schools, and access to major employment centers.
The community, located in Montgomery County, is now open for tours at 183 Kline Road, where Toll Brothers has unveiled its professionally designed Laney model home. Canterbury Meadows features modern two-story single-family homes ranging from roughly 3,029 to more than 3,677 square feet, with four to five bedrooms, up to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car side-entry garages. Pricing starts at $1.02 million.
Most homes in the development back to preserved open space, a feature the builder says is designed to appeal to buyers looking for privacy and a quieter setting without sacrificing convenience.
John Dean, division president of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania, said the community combines luxury construction with a location inside the Spring-Ford Area School District and close proximity to dining, shopping, and recreation. He said the Laney model highlights the company’s design approach and craftsmanship.
The model home showcases an open main living area anchored by a central kitchen, casual dining space, and great room. Additional features include a first-floor bedroom with a private bath, a home office, a finished basement, and a primary suite with a luxury bathroom.
Canterbury Meadows sits near major commuter routes, including Routes 422 and 202, offering access to employment and retail hubs such as Phoenixville and King of Prussia. Residents are also near outdoor and recreational amenities, including Limerick Community Park, Evansburg State Park, Anderson Farm Park, and Turtle Creek Golf Course.
The launch comes as Toll Brothers continues to expand its footprint in affluent suburban markets, betting that demand for larger, premium homes remains resilient despite higher mortgage rates and a selective housing environment.
