LANCASTER, PA — Three Lancaster Stormers players have been named to the Atlantic League’s 2025 year-end All-Star Team, league officials announced Wednesday. First baseman Mason Martin, ace starter Noah Skirrow, and reliever Scott Engler were each recognized for standout performances that helped define the Stormers’ season.
Lancaster was the only club in the league to have three players selected.
Martin led the Atlantic League with 36 home runs, setting a new franchise record while batting .291 with 92 RBI. The Kennewick, Washington native hit 20 homers in the first half and 16 in the second, evenly splitting his total between home and away games. Over a season and a half with Lancaster, Martin has hit 63 home runs—the highest two-year total in team history—ranking fourth all-time in franchise homers.
“Martin was pretty much the anchor of our lineup all year,” said manager Ross Peeples. “We pretty much went how he went all year. His approach to the game is professional and consistent.”
Skirrow, who represented Team Canada, led the league with 15 wins, the most by a Stormers pitcher since 2013. He finished second in both strikeouts (143) and ERA (3.99), and threw five or more innings in 21 of 25 starts. He closed the season with 10 consecutive winning decisions, with his last loss coming on June 18.
“Skirrow was our most consistent pitcher,” Peeples said. “He pretty much kept us in every game he pitched. We knew when he was on the mound we had a good chance to win.”
Engler appeared in 59 games, the second-most in the league, and finished with a 6-2 record, six saves, and a 1.88 ERA. During the Stormers’ second-half surge, he allowed only three earned runs over 30.2 innings, posting a 0.88 ERA during that stretch.
“Engler was a great leader for us on and off the field,” Peeples said. “He took the ball every time he was asked whether it was the seventh, eighth, or ninth inning.”
Peeples added, “It was fun watching all three of these guys compete every day. They are all deserving of this award.”
The Lancaster Stormers, entering their 22nd season in 2026, play at Penn Medicine Park in downtown Lancaster—named Ballpark Digest’s Best Ballpark three times in MLB Partner League Baseball.
